Proof of Access ("we") is a trading name of Hegedus Tiberiu PFA, a sole proprietorship registered in Romania (registered office: Str. Florilor nr. 1, bl. 8, sc. A, ap. 6, 505400 Râșnov, Brașov County, Romania; Trade Register no. F2026044243007; tax ID (CUI) 55612317; email [email protected]). These terms govern use of proofofaccess.com and the services we sell.
Services
We provide automated and manual technical assessments of websites against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and, where agreed separately, remediation work. Reports describe the state of the scanned pages at the time of scanning.
No legal advice, no guarantee
We are not a law firm. Our reports are technical, not legal opinions. Automated testing detects many but not all accessibility issues. No report, audit or remediation from us certifies compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act or any other law, or guarantees that you will not receive a legal claim.
Acceptable use
Only scan websites you own or are authorised to assess. Do not use the service to disrupt any website. We may refuse or rate-limit scans.
Payment
Paid services are charged in US dollars through PayPal at the price shown before purchase. See our refund policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including legal costs or settlements.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
